Uppkallad efter Paiges mormor Joyce är Joy en hyllning till en person som betydde allt för henne, samtidigt som den passar sömlöst in bland resten av hennes discar. På banan hamnar den i det där mellanläget: snabbare än hennes Fierce, men lite långsammare än Buzzz, vilket ger ett rent och självsäkert släpp utan att du behöver kliva upp till ett fullkraftskast.
Joy hämtar inspiration från Sols ansträngningslösa glid, men kombinerar det med vridstyvhet du kan lita på, även i motvind. Det är ett äkta ”point-and-shoot”-alternativ när du vill att discen ska hålla den vinkel du sätter den på. Tryck iväg den platt för spikraka linjer, luta dig mot en mjuk hyzer för kontrollerad placering, eller sätt den på anhyzer och räkna med att den pålitligt jobbar sig tillbaka med en framåtdrivande avslutning.
